Where do I find what version of HCi
PDS I am using?
Click on "Program" on the menu bar and select "About.."
with your left mouse button. The version is the second line with build.
The latest version is currently at R1.4 (Build 68232).
When should I upgrade?
If you are at a older version of the software make sure
you save all your quotes in PDF format before upgrading. The HCi PDS
software has several new features that the old version files do not
include the information to be able to successfully open the files. All
installation keys are compatible with new releases.
What do I do when I am getting a
message that my key is not valid?
Email the following group to get a PDS Activiation/Authorization Code
enabled or recreated. pdscodes@hciterminator.com
Make sure to include full name, company, and email address when
emailing.
Can I download this software to try
it?
Yes, HCi PDS is available to download to the public but a
activiation/authorization code is required to open it. It can take up
to 1 business day to process your activation code request. HCi reserves
the right to approve registration of the software as needed. Email pdscodes@hciterminator.com
and make sure to include full name, company, and email address when
emailing.
